School governors help the senior leadership team to lead the school. The senior leadership team is responsible for the day to day management and leadership of the school whereas the governors are the strategic arm of the school. The governing body is made up of elected parents, staff including the Headteacher, foundation governors (appointed by the Diocese) and a local authority governor.
