If you are applying for a Reception class place for September, you will need to fill in both the St George the Martyr application form AND a Camden Local Authority application form or the form for the borough in which you live.  If you are not a Camden resident, you must fill in the online application for the borough in which you live e.g. Brent.  Do pop into the office or give us a call if you have any questions about how to apply to our school.
